9:45 – 10: Welcome and Opening Remarks (Bonna Boettcher, Associate University Librarian)

10 – 11: Business Meeting

11-12: Tour of the Mui Ho Fine Arts Library and AAP’s Digital Fabrication Facilities (Frank Parish, Director of Facilities, College of Architecture, Art and Planning )

12:15-1:15 pm: Lunch, Taverna Banfi’s (includes Buffet and private dining room)

1:30-2:45: Mann Library, tour of the Mud Painting exhibit and user spaces in Library

3-3:45: Tour of the Uris Library, including a recently renovated study space and the A. D. White Library or
a quick stop by the Johnson Art Museum
